This course is authored as a supplement to my first book How I Cured My Silent Reflux. My intent is to answer the most common question I receive, which is "What should I eat?" I want to do so, and at the same time avoid duplicating the content of the book. That means, I will not go into extensive detail about the most common risk factors, diagnoses, root causes, or dietary supplements that can support the healing process.
That said, while I focus exclusively on diet, I do make an effort to use plain, easy to understand language and so you may find that you are able to follow along even if you have not read my first book. If, after listing to the first two lectures you feel as though you are missing some key concepts, you can of course check out my book or any of my free resources such as my Podcast, YouTube playlist, or by catching up with the materials on my Blog or Instagram page. Don't worry, you can choose any ONE of these options and get up to speed fairly quick.
I want to note also, that I am releasing the first of three modules that I have planned for this course. When complete, the course will feature three sections including "Why we Eat", "What to Eat", and "How to Eat." As it is, I have chosen to release the second section (What to Eat) first, with plans to update and then finalize the course when the other modules are complete. Students to take this initial offering will enjoy the course materials for a faction of the cost and receive the new sections for free when they are added to the course.
